Styling P's Vault does not issue refunds, only store credit. 

  • You must contact our Exchange Department at: shopstylingp@gmail.com within 24 hours

  • Items must be shipped out within the next business.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items.
  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to The Vault. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. 
  • Please note the following items are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged: body oils, intimate apparel, swim apparel, bras, panties, grooming products, or shapewear. 
  • We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
